I messed around with doses to see what the most effective dose was with just extract and then I started to use 250mg 1 hour after having a tsp of w.v. and it makes it last so much longer for my chronic pain, it even took a few times of using it that way to notice it was happening because I was still being able to fly through the day and not even have the slightest bit of my normal symptoms to have my brain think about discomfort.
