I received a couple free pods as a free gift along with another item I recently bought. These pods looked beautiful on the outside, but were mostly empty; out of two seed pods, there was only 1 seed. However, I cannot say for sure that all yopo pods are the same. I have received pods from this vendor which were full of seeds in the past; I have also received pods which were almost or completely devoid of seeds. This product is a gamble. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. However, for the price it's going for now, i'd say it's definitely worth a shot, especially if you're $2.45 (or any other multiple thereof) shy of the $25 minimum purchase amount. Although I am a bit saddened that two seed pods only yielded one seed, I feel compelled to give it a 4/5 due to the fact that a) I got these pods for free, b) out of the two pods I received, only one seed was recovered, and c) given the price they're going for now, it's definitely a worthwhile gamble.

Thanks for your review. I want to mention a couple things about these pods. We harvest the seed pods when they fall from the tree to the ground. When we store them, some will pop open and the seed slides out of the pod. The pod will still have the seed chamber and looks like the seed is still in the pod, but some aren't. These are the pods that we use for FREE gifts. But still, not all seed pods will have all the seeds in them. That is just the nature of the plant, and how it propagates. If you would like some more seeds, just let me know and I'll send some more with a future order.
Many Thanks,
Robert
