I ordered a slice of this a few weeks ago to aid in my quest for cigarette smoking cessation. The tobacco itself has a pleasant and robust aroma, albeit this particular slice did have a bit of an ammonia-like smell emanating from the outer leaves and cut edges. This quality diminished significantly after finely grinding until smokeable. I have found that a couple small puffs, lightly inhaled, completely staves off any cravings I have. I do not use this tobacco as regularly as I would with typical cigarettes as the nicotine content is about 3 or 4 times higher, but considering how clean and free of god-knows-what that's in normal cigarette tobacco, I don't feel as guilty as I would otherwise. At this point, all I can say is this stuff is a glorious winner, and I'll definately try a little of the shredded variety to see how it compares. All in all, though I have only myself to thank for the will to stop smoking, I have only Robert and Heavenly Products to thank for making the tools that I need in this quest available to me at such a crucial time in my life.
