I use the tincture and find it gives me a great increase in positive energy throughout the day. Five stars for sure! I also highly recommend theobromine. All easily added to smoothies or any drink.

Fantastic gift for the body and mind. The quality of these ground berries was nice and aromatic, where as I have ordered Shizandra from elsewhere and the aroma was not so wonderful. I have noticed that my appendages feel an increase in circulation when consistently consuming Shizandra berry tea, or when mixing it into a cold drink. It is a nice sensation to feel warmth of circulation in my feet from drinking this tea. This berry is a must try for any lover of God's blessed healing plants. 4 out of 5 because there are cheaper Shizandra products out there, however, Heavenly Products does things in a more upright and humble way, so it is worth the cost, and I am thankful to God for them.

Schizandra helps purify the blood and promote liver health, which helps to enhance eyesight. One of the greatest Chinese herbs. Needs to be taken for longer periods of time to show full effects.

All I can say is these are the best quality berries I've had... and I've ordered from several places. Fresh & juicy, really full of the 5 flavors at once. I bought a lb before and my Father an I very much enjoyed them. Very stimulating to the senses. Later I bought some from another source at a much cheaper price only to be let down and receive an inferior product that didn't taste like anything at all. Now I learned my lesson that you truly do get what you pay for and will only order schisandra from H-P
