I got some reishi mushroom as a sample with my last order, and boy was the timing appropriate! Was just starting to get sick with a bed chest cold. Made a couple cups of tea from this mushroom, as I read it's supposed to be excellent for promoting immune health, and the health-promoting effects of this mushroom were apparent immediately. I felt about 5 times better within the span of an hour. I'll probably be ordering some to keep on hand when I'm feeling under the weather. Would recommend giving this one a shot. Your body will thank you :)
