I was new to Chakruna. In my time spent in Peru, we used Chaliponga and Mimosa primarily and so, ordering the Chakruna was a gamble. As with all my other plant materials ordered, the Chakruna was dried in the traditional manner to preserve freshness and potency. Chakruna, like it's MAOI counterpart Caapi, is a very gentle and informative plant. It will not throw you into a journey or give you more than you are ready for. Perfect for new brewers, its strong enough to get you there but gentle enough to allow you to pick and choose how you are taught. Everything arrived in under a week and included free seed pods. The potency and quality is comparable to what we used in Peru. Any emails were answered directly by the owner in under 24 hours. Highly recommended.
